HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called 10/31/14 spoke to Frantz requested quotes on 4 Cars so that me and my family can discuss prior to arriving at dealer was told no sales manager Called 10/31/14 spoke to Frantz requested quotes on 4 Cars so that me and my family can discuss prior to arriving at dealer was told no sales manager available to give quotes and he would get back to me by 9:30am 11/01/14 ok next day arrives 9:30 am came and went at 11:30am called to follow up on my quote spoke to Carol advised me Frantz off she would help me REALLY Frantz off FLAG #1 He did not advise me that he would be off the day prior when I spoke to him, So I gave Carol all the info she requested and was told a sales manager is not available but she will get back to me shortly with my quote FLAG # 2 what type of dealer is this there is never a sales manager available to give a customer a price on a car or no one else to assist the customer, It is 4:30pm and no word back from Carol Frantz or sales manager on my quote really 2 DAYS and still can't get a price on a car WHAT KIND OF PL;ACE IS THIS. Called back left message for sales manager by name of JT will see if he responds to my inquiry. We planed on Purchasing a car from this dealer today and it is rainy and messy outside and I can believe that in this day and time THIS DEALER CAN'T GET A PRICE TO A CUSTOMER WITH IN A RESONABLE TIME SO THE CUSTOMER DON'T HAVE TO SPEND THE WHOLE DAY AT THE DEALER NEG PRICE. I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW MANY CUSTOMERS THEY MUST LOOSE BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEES FAILING TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE..WILL UPDATE THIS WHEN I HEAR BACK FROM THEM LETS SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES. NIC More

The sales service is always spot on but especially this last time (Oct 2014) with Brianna DiBella. Brianna knows each car inside and out and quickly can size up what you are looking for – narrows it done so specifically and confidently that it is almost like she has a sixth sense. Additionally, the service at World Jeep is always excellent but somehow exceeds our expectation each time. In the last 2 months my husband and I leased 2 Jeeps (different) My son and his wife just leased their first car as a married couple today from World Jeep. More

He took all the time needed, going over every detail and option available so we didn't miss out, so my husband and I could choose the exact options that suited us. We had gone to a different dealer a few weeks before re: the same Jeep we had in mind and the woman/sales rep. couldn't be bothered, we had an appointment with her and she had us waiting two hours, when she did finally sit down with us it was horrible how rushed we were..........Needless to say, we are TOTALLY SATISFIED with our new Jeep's, THANK YOU, Allan Chapman and World Jeep for meeting all of our expectation's........as we all know purchasing a new vehicle is a big deal, one should feel completely content in doing so, after all, it is another one of life's big purchases!!!!!!! Great experience I started looking for a Jeep latitude July 1. My first Web site was jeep.com and built my own on the site. This site gave me a down payment amount and I started looking for a Jeep latitude July 1. My first Web site was jeep.com and built my own on the site. This site gave me a down payment amount and monthly payment. Freehold jeep called and gave me a monthly payment 80 dollars higher than the online payment. I went to pine belt and after about 2 hours of negotiations my monthly payment was 50 dollars higher than the online price. I called world jeep and they gave me the monthly payment that matched the online payment and 1000 dollars less down payment than the online quote. I went down to the dealership and met with Allen Chapman, I thought there would be a catch when signing but there wasn't. This was the easiest, quickest and best car buying experience I have ever had. More
Lousy service / dealership Buyers beware, here are my problems with this dealership in chronological order: Most recent problem (1), my 20-day temp registration is expiring t Buyers beware, here are my problems with this dealership in chronological order: Most recent problem (1), my 20-day temp registration is expiring today after I purchased new Jeep wrangler from World and after several attempts to reach JT and/or Brianna, leaving voice messages and/or emails, I've no response. This is not good as I need to use the car and can end up with tickets. I am stuck. Second problem (2), dealership forgot to include wrangler freedom top bag. I contacted them the night the car was picked up but again after a week and repeated emails the salesperson calls me back and was emphatic that it was sitting on the backseat and that I must have misplaced / lost it!! What she did not know is that I took a number of pictures of the new car while parked on the dealer lot (showing it to friends) and this large bag is no where to be found. I called JT and left messages to call me back, no response! Third problem (3), during the purchase process the price changed and not in my favor. I have emails going back to when I reached out to them asking for the best/final out the door cost as it was a quick cash sale and I was negotiating with a number of Jeep dealers. Between the time they gave me the agreed to price / took my deposit, to the time I showed up to pick up the car, price changed and then it changed a second time when I got to dealership to pick up the wrangler, claiming they had miscalculated the sales tax! More
Purchase of pre-owned car and repair. Sales associate Allan C. is a (no high pressure) (no bologna) salesman. Upon examining the used 2011 Town & Country Touring-L, I noticed the seat war Sales associate Allan C. is a (no high pressure) (no bologna) salesman. Upon examining the used 2011 Town & Country Touring-L, I noticed the seat warmer wasn't working. He immediately had the service dept. check it out and a part was ordered. Within a couple of days the part arrived. When I dropped my new pre-owned car at the service dept. they had a free loaner car for me to use. No inconvenience, and the repair was done correctly. Every person I came in contact with was Friendly, Sincere and Professional. More

The other local dealerships did not line up with my overall experience as World Jeep Shrewsbury. My initial contact was with Jerry O. who is one of the sales managers. He was very pleasant, listened to what I was looking for and accommodating. After that I was taken to James D. my salesman who was the same; very friendly and accommodating. My overall experience was pleasant with all involved at this dealership (from the beginning (Jerry) to Sean putting on my plates). Their diligence as a dealership resulted in my 2014 4 door Jeep Wrangler purchase. From my entire experience, I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. I also have to add that they are also a certified true car dealership who honored that pricing. They also threw in several accessories as part of my deal. Couldn't be happier. I am very familiar to the shark tank business of car dealerships. Going in anywhere to buy a vehicle can sometimes be stressful and an unhappy experie I am very familiar to the shark tank business of car dealerships. Going in anywhere to buy a vehicle can sometimes be stressful and an unhappy experience. I was very happy to meet our sales representitive, James " ". He was very friendly and extremely personable. I felt at home right away, as James helped my mother and I feel comfortable that we were going to try to find a vehicle and deal that would best suit our needs. It was understandable that a dealership will always want to capitalize on a good deal for profit, however, it was even more clear that this particular dealership was willing to work out a deal that was reasonable, safe, and reliable. Great warranty and payment options were presented right away. Of course with a fair bit of haggling on out part, an agreement was reached and now I'm driving the vehicle I wanted at a great deal. To elaborate on james, I swear this guy is one heck of a salesman, but also an awesome people person. I truly felt a friendship develop during and after our business. He was not just another typical salesman, but a guy trying to make a memorable impression. I also got the sense that he truly cared about our position, and wanted to see us walk away happy. Needless to say this was definitely the right dealership to go to, and we couldn't be more satisfied that we did. And if you think this review is too good to be true, it isn't. More
