Customer Service is NOT acceptable We chose World Jeep on several recommendations and personal connections to this dealership. We were interested in leasing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Righ We chose World Jeep on several recommendations and personal connections to this dealership. We were interested in leasing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Right from the start we had a bad vibe about the "deal" we were discussing with the sales people/manager. However - we did choose to continue negotiations and settled on a price and leasing agreement. We got the total run-around for weeks (and that included zero communication from the dealership - unless of course I called them to inquire about the status of our new Jeep). I was "put-off" for weeks about the whereabouts of this new vehicle ("It's in Detroit", "It's in Connecticut", "We don't know where the vehicle is"). After I had finally had it - I called and had to scream at the sales managers about why it's taking so long to get this car! The Jeep magically appeared 2 days later. It should never have come to this!! I am in Customer Service and my husband is in Sales - and we just don't work like this!!! Extremely disappointed in how all of this was handled! Absolutely nothing was offered to us for ALL of the inconvenience! More

The Way You Want to Do Business This review actually started in 2011...because that was my first experience with buying a car with them when I was newer to the area and working with This review actually started in 2011...because that was my first experience with buying a car with them when I was newer to the area and working with a number of dealerships on that transaction. After I purchased my 2011 Compass we also continued to go to World Jeep for service on our 2004 Liberty for the past few years. Honestly, the World Jeep service team sold us this latest vehicle because their honesty and integrity over the years is hard to come by. In fact, many times they told us that we did not need to spend money so that when they did it was money well spent. Fast forward to the purchase of our new 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk. We wanted to work with Allan again because he is straight forward and will do whatever it takes to get us the car we want and answers questions as though he were buying the car for himself or his family. It's also nice to go to a dealership and see the same faces year after year. We decided to retire the 2004 Liberty on a Friday, test drove on Saturday, had the car we wanted picked out on Sunday, and drove it home Monday. Everyone from sales to finance to delivery in sync. If you have ever had a bad experience buying a car in Monmouth County then take the drive to Shrewsbury. Thanks World Jeep team for another great experience. More

He was generous enough to find me a Jeep Branded aftermarket tool kit and hand deliver the kit. I have never seen such dedication and drive in a dealership employee. While that wasn't the exact car I wanted in terms of color and options, Bill Morgan was willing to spend plenty of time with me to research different options that would better fit my needs.
