It only came with one Key I had to purchase a second one because if I lock my key in the car or lost it I had no way to drive. The front bumper was loose and missing pins from the wheel well. The tires were bald (which they did replace). It is still missing the tail light access cover (right side) the Under Car Shield and the cargo cover. it had an open recall for the airbag (which they did fix when they put the new tires on). When I pointed these things out to the salesman I was told it’s not a new car. I didn’t expect a new car but I do expect all the parts to be there. I didn’t say anything about all the scratches on the car. When it was detailed they didn’t vacuum very well when I folded down the back seats to vacuum I found a lot of trash in there. When I brought it in for the tires and airbag recall they had it for two days no loaner offered and when I asked about a loaner I was told there’s none available. On August 1, 2015 I was told my tail tight were out by a person next to me at a stop light, I found a burnt out fuse and replaced it. From August first to August fourth I replaced the fuse 6 times. August 6, 2015 I called the dealer to have it checked they told me to bring it over so they could look at it on Friday August 7, 2015 then I dropped it off I told the service person that I saw online that a lot of people had the same problem and that it was the wiring harness had fallen onto the exhaust and blowing the fuse, I was told they would check it, again no loaner available. On August 7, 2015 about 3:50pm I received a call to inform me that I would not have my car back because they found one short behind the rear bumper and repaired it but then they took it for a test ride the fuse blow out again. On August 10, 2015 about 3:30pm I called and was told that it would not be done today and that they did find another short under the car where the wiring harness had fallen onto the exhaust and they would fix it tomorrow August 11, 2015. On August 11, 2015 at about 3:30pm I called was told there was no record of completion in the computer and someone would call me back about 3:45pm I got a call back my car was ready. When I got my car back my seat was moved my radio was changed my items in the cargo area was moved around and not put back where it was. The only good experience I have had was when I purchased two keys one regular and one remote. That is why I will never buy another vehicle from World Jeep again. More

Great experience Called the internet rep Reggie, asked if the truck I was interested in was still available. Told him when I would come in to see it,, he setup the appointment and met with a real easy cool salesman Kenneth Cary. He quickly got the keys to truck we were off for a test drive. I had Ram 1500 to trade so I'm knowledgeable with the trucks. Walked through the truck it had more equipment than we thought, time to make a deal we spoke for a while, then I was shocked when Kennth asked me if I would like to take the truck over night. I live an hour from the dealership. I was apprehensive about driving the vehicle home and keeping it overnight because of insurance purposes he assured me that this was no problem.That's exactly what I did I took the truck, drove it home nice ride showed it to my wife drove it with her and then I return the next day and bought the truck got a good number for my trade I was very happy they worked with me. I got to meet the staff a very nice group of people it was a totally great car buying experience. One thing that Kenneth and the staff didn't know is I once sold cars and trucks and as good as my dealership was it was not as easy as this was. Before I forget the truck I bought was $6.500 lower than any dealers I researched. More

Bill had made the process extremely simple for me and had answered all of my questions honestly and had given me the best deal possible, as I had done my re-search on the car for a long time. If you looking to buy a brand new car, Bill is the man to go to and he was always available 24/7 for my questions (which was a 2 week period of me getting everything together to finally make the decision to purchase the car). Overall, made my experience easy, non stressful and I respected that he was honest and took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the car. More
False Advertising After being told on the phone that this dealership is "flexible" with their prices, we drove from PA for a vehicle that had 67,000 miles. When we got their, they did not budge one penny but said they would fix the air conditioning. The vehicle actually had 74,000 miles. No thanks, I'll pass. Don't make the trip if your looking for flexibility. More

The one I found online was sold, but Kenny did an excellent job looking through their inventory until he found something that we wanted. He gave us many options within our price range that we were going to go home to think about. Then he looked through their new car inventory and found the perfect car! Kenny and the GM Joe were such a pleasure to work with and they got us as close to our price range as possible for this new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. This includes the price they gave us for our trade in! Every other dealership we went to would not budge on their initial trade in offer, but at World Jeep they really did as much as they could to make this car affordable for my husband and I. I left the dealership with a great deal, a new car and I am so excited about it!! =) More

After considering our options, we narrowed down our choices, and Kenny quickly provided a price over the phone for a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. We compared with a couple other dealerships, and agreed on a price. We planned to come the next day to pick up the vehicle, and specifically asked Kenny to make the process quick and easy when we arrived. When we arrived, the vehicle was prepped, the paperwork was completed, and we were in an out within an hour. This included the orientation to the vehicle and a few minutes with Jean Gilbert the business manager. Thanks for a very positive experience. More
