This has been a dream come true for me to own a Jeep, and I am not an easy consumer to please at all. I put Kenneth and staff through the works with a lot of questions and research. Kenneth educated me on the vehicle and never put pressure on me or dodged any of my questions. And furthermore, he talked me into the option I was not interested in, but now I am so happy I got, and that is the four wheel drive. My original preference was FWD, but Kenneth Cary was adamant that the AWD was a necessary and superior option. I will certainly tell my friends to come see Kenneth and the rest of the helpful staff. And I also want to say that Victoria was helpful to me over the phone when she originally called me based on my TrueCar lead. The finance people were great, especially JP Gilbert who got me the financing I needed. And his assistant when we ran the numbers was also very helpful throughout, but I dont see him listed on this site. Very Poor experience I had a appointment for test drive last Saturday, showed up, the lady behind the mine desk was on the phone but when she got off didn't even acknowled I had a appointment for test drive last Saturday, showed up, the lady behind the mine desk was on the phone but when she got off didn't even acknowledge me or my wife. Salesman came by ask if I was being help I said no but had an appointment for test drive and talk numbers on 2015 Dodge Challenger. Once he came back and handed my a keyfob for the car and told me to look in the back for it and he would be right out. Me and my wife saw the car before we went into the dealership I opened the door and it looked like someone just wiped mud all inside the drivers door and carpet ect. plus the outside was just as bad. so when we got the key we went in the back walked all around, then I told her it was probably the one under the tree in the front. I mean the weather has been bad here but they should keep the inside of the cars clean, plus the white Jeep and other vehicles in the showroom were dusty and dirty. Not a good impression at all nothing but bad vibes from this place, I started walking back the salesman was walking out with someone else so just handed his keys back and told him how dirty the car was and went back to the first Dealership. More
