Transmission failed on 2 yr old Compass Recent experience started on 8/4/15 when my Jeep Compass was towed in. The Jeep is 2.5 yrs old with routine oil changes performed - the Jeep was a Recent experience started on 8/4/15 when my Jeep Compass was towed in. The Jeep is 2.5 yrs old with routine oil changes performed - the Jeep was at approximately 63K miles and required a new transmission. I inquired about a loaner and was told there were none available (for weeks). I called back a few times over the next week - tried speaking to the manager and while they were polite no one gave any options or suggestions even though I was now incurring a rental cost which ended up being $340. On the day my car was scheduled to be returned (8/11/15) I called the service dept. again - Donna offered the 1-800 Jeep number which I called to inquire if any of my cost could be considered or negotiated so as not to fall solely on me. I was told I was supposed to work all that out with the service dept. in the first place and that there was nothing that could be done. That was annoying to hear as I did speak to the service dept. several times to no avail. While I understand it’s not their responsibility to pay for the rental the fact that the Jeep I bought from them in good faith had a faulty transmission and not one loaner between Jeep or Subaru (which is across the street) could be offered. I spoke to 3 different people and no one went above or beyond to offer any assistance. Since the transmission was repaired I’ve been back 2 more times on 8/20 and 9/8 for issues stemming from the trans repair. Because I had to come back with the Jeep Donna made sure there was a loaner available (earlier than I was originally told) and that left me feeling like it wasn’t enough I was towed in at first – it was only when they had to make repairs as a result of an initial repair that there was a loaner available. I bought my first Jeep Liberty from them back in 2004 and then the Compass in 2013; sadly I do not feel like a valued customer at all and will not purchase from World Jeep again or recommend to others. More

Took me several days to make my decision and my salesman Bill Morgan was extremely patient and couldn't do enough to answer every text I sent him, most of which were after hours. He knew where I wanted to be for a payment, and Bill and his managers made it happen quickly and without pressuring me. I had a lot going on and could not make it in to the dealership until Bill's day off, so he came in to accommodate me and my crazy schedule. I had a small issue with adhesive on my paint, and Bill and Tom Papa in service were right on it. Bill was kind and made sure I understood every feature of my new Jeep and I feel comfortable calling him with any questions and know he will answer immediately. I look forward to buying my son's next car with Bill and having the confidence that Tom Papa in service will keep everything running smoothly! More

Ken was very accommodating and attentive and really helpful. The fact that he did not pressure you into anything made the experience that much more pleasant. I even had a lease on a different make of car to return and he helped me with setting that up as well. Ken was super helpful and really tried to get me the most for my budget.
