excellent, did not push to up sell I was advised of what should be done yet did not experience being up sold. I decided on the work to do immediately and spoke about a plan for later work that can be held off for now due to cost. Of course since this is a dealership the price was a little higher than my average service but I am very happy with the way my car is running now! Lou was most helpful, honest and not at all pushy as some service advisors can be. Thanks!! More

Made it easy We have had 3 jeeps over the last 25 years and we have been going to World Jeep for 20 years for service. Lou the service manager has taken care of o We have had 3 jeeps over the last 25 years and we have been going to World Jeep for 20 years for service. Lou the service manager has taken care of our cars from day 1. He is the sole reason we have been going there for service even though 3 years ago we moved and there's another dealer closer to our new home. Until yesterday we had never bought from World Jeep because they were never the lowest price. We walked into World yesterday to look at new cars and were greeted by Bill Morgan who was eager to make sure we didn't buy a new car anywhere else. 4 hours later we drove off with our 4th Jeep. Bill and the management team made sure we got what we wanted and even thought it took a long time we drove away happy about the overall experience. Our only negative comment is that in the eagerness to get the process complete, the car was not detailed and is need of a wash. Other than that we will continue to use World Jeep and recommend Bill and Lou highly. More

Good Service I went in 2/17/16 for an oil change. I reported a problem regarding noise coming from the front end while driving. The mechanic test rode the car and I went in 2/17/16 for an oil change. I reported a problem regarding noise coming from the front end while driving. The mechanic test rode the car and couldn't find anything. The service writer also stated that I can drive the car along with the mechanic to listen for the noise I was complaining about. Couldn't hear it (perfect!) Only when I got home I heard it again. Guess I'll be going back only this time I know how to drive it. But it was nice to see the mechanic taking time from his day to address my concern.......... Never had that before! They also did a quick wash of the car. Nice! :) More
