My older 2009 Grand Cherokee was in need in of rep I just wanted to drop a quick about my vehicle purchase this past week at World Jeep in Shrewsbury. My older 2009 Grand Cherokee was in need in of replacement, and World Jeep happened to have a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited that fit my requirements and more. My Salesmen was John Suell and he was knowledgeable, helpful and above patient and respectful of my time.limited time, and the entire deal was completed in 24 hours, from trade in to drive away with my newer Grand Cherokee, despite a couple of challenges that popped up. I should also give kudos's to Isaac in finance as well, who helped made the transaction work smoothly and seamlessly. More

After determining that four major repairs were needed on my vehicle the service agent went beyond expectations to make sure that I had a loaner car an After determining that four major repairs were needed on my vehicle the service agent went beyond expectations to make sure that I had a loaner car and that my vehicle was finished on the same day so that I could make a medical appointment the following day. He was also willing to assist me in sharing the cost for an accessible vehicle that was needed for my medical appt. if that became necessary. Needless to say, I was very impressed.
