Bill Morgan was very helpful explaining all of the features.....a few of which I would not have thought important. Kenny and Bill made this leasing experience enjoyable and I would highly recommend them, as well as, the dealership. These are the factors that brought us back to World Jeep for the third time. More

We were greeted promptly and courteously by Kenny, who later became our salesman. We saw a Jeep we liked, Kenny promptly took us for a test drive, and we got down to negotiating. Within one hour of arriving at the dealership we had purchased the truck. It needed some minor cosmetic repairs, which were completed within the timeframe promised. We picked up the truck today, and are very pleased. The entire experience was efficient, professional, and easy-going. We really enjoyed working with Kenny, and would highly recommend him. He is highly responsive, a total professional, and very knowledgeable. We have no hesitation in recommending World Jeep and Kenny to anyone we know who may be interested in purchasing a new or preowned vehicle! More

Disappointing Service Visit I purchased a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from them and I have been having issues with the drive of the vehicle. I called the service department to I purchased a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from them and I have been having issues with the drive of the vehicle. I called the service department to schedule an appointment. I was explaining to the lady and I felt that she was forcing me off the phone. I dropped off the vehicle and the issues were explained, someone in the service department test drove my vehicle and said "there was nothing wrong" without running any sorts of tests to diagnose what the problem could potentially be and I'm very disappointed. I went to this dealer based on a good reputation. The customer service was very good, service department was disappointing. More
