Within one hour of arriving at the dealership we had purchased the truck. It needed some minor cosmetic repairs, which were completed within the timeframe promised. We picked up the truck today, and are very pleased. The entire experience was efficient, professional, and easy-going. We really enjoyed working with Kenny, and would highly recommend him. Disappointing Service Visit I purchased a brand new 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from them and I have been having issues with the drive of the vehicle. I called the service department to schedule an appointment. I was explaining to the lady and I felt that she was forcing me off the phone. I dropped off the vehicle and the issues were explained, someone in the service department test drove my vehicle and said "there was nothing wrong" without running any sorts of tests to diagnose what the problem could potentially be and I'm very disappointed. I went to this dealer based on a good reputation. The customer service was very good, service department was disappointing. More
