Fast and friendly service I've been purchasing and servicing my Jeeps at this dealership for 11 years. The service managers have always been friendly and professional. I have been most often dealing with Tom Papa and he has always beenvery helpful. After I drop off my car (and am provided with a loaner), hewill contact me and let me know what is needed and calls as soon as service is completed. Everyone is friendly and courteous including the techs and receptionist. I always receive an email and call to remind me of my appointment. There was a time I used a different dealership and would never recommend it to anyone. And it is much closer to where I live. Also, Lou Z. Has also been helpful and has gone way beyond what others would do when I had a problem.. More

Very rude and condescending I live in New York but put my car there because the salesman. I have been taking my car in there for the numerous services that this car needed along I live in New York but put my car there because the salesman. I have been taking my car in there for the numerous services that this car needed along with the numerous records I have never had a pleasurable experience dealing with them it is always something. When I put my car in without an appointment because it was broke and I didn't want to leave it in my driveway for a week to week for my appointment they seemed annoyed that I bought it in and not taking it to another dealership did they not want to be bothered with the work for car they sold me I don't know. But I know I will not buy my next car from them More
