No Nonsense If you are like me, you dread dealing with dealerships to buy a new vehicle. They give you their "best" deal- which they always do better on when you If you are like me, you dread dealing with dealerships to buy a new vehicle. They give you their "best" deal- which they always do better on when you compete with other dealers. Then they are compelled to tell you that your trade-in has no value, it sucks and they are doing you a favor in giving you the price they are. This is not the case with World Dodge. I went in and met with Brianna and gave her the price specifics in advance on the best deal I had. I also explained that I was part of the Costco buyers program and she gave me a price better than anywhere I had previously been given. Within 20 minutes, I gave a deposit and made the special order for my truck. Five days later I sent a friend who did the same and ordered his Ram. When the truck arrived, there was no nonsense in trying to devalue my trade-in or changing the price. They remained true to the short contract and wrote it up. They also didn't belabor the warranty, which I opted out of. No high pressure sales and a very quick, no nonsense experience. Highly recommend. More

Very easy to find a car you want. My son and I went to World Jeep to see if we could trade in his vehicle for the purpose of leasing a 2016 Cherokee. We did some research on their webs My son and I went to World Jeep to see if we could trade in his vehicle for the purpose of leasing a 2016 Cherokee. We did some research on their website and found two vehicles we were interested in. When we arrived we walked around the lot to see if we could locate the vehicles and were only able to find one of them. After looking the vehicle (Grey) over we went to the showroom and Mike Fein introduce himself and asked what he could do for us. After explaining our reason for being there, he took us out to the vehicle and we test drove the one we could locate in the lot. Mike answered any questions we had. Upon return to the lot we asked about the other cherokee (Black) vehicle which after doing research stated it was located at another one of their lots close to the area and would go and get it. When he returned we chose the Black Cherokee and after going over the trade in vehicle we met with the sales manager, Mike D'Aiello in his office. We discussed the value of our trade in and that we were looking to lease and what our options were. The deal was made in less then 20 minutes and Mr. D'Aiello made the decision very easy and relaxing. He said he would do anything that he could do to make the experience a good one and wanted my son and I to be happy before leaving the dealership. After shaking hands, the Mile Fein took our new vehicle to be detailed and then we went over the paperwork. After signing all the paperwork that did not take very long we were introduced to Bill Morgan who took my son out to the car after being detailed and reviewed everything the vehicle came with. My son and I were very satisfied and comfortable leaving with the vehicle knowing how to operate everything that it came with. Mr. Fein asked if we had anymore questions which we did not as well as Mr. D'Aiello and said if we needed anything to just give them a call. Mr Fein said he would be in contact with us when the plates arrived. Our experience at World Jeep was the best one I can remember and I have leased numerous cars from numerous dealerships in the NJ area. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a relaxing family easy going atmosphere when everyone knows getting a new vehicle can be stressful and crazy at times. Will be back when the time comes.
