As a senior quality assurance professional, I can report that, unlike my experience at competing centers, I am always greeted by a smiling face and a friendly greeting (if only to say: "I'm working with someone, but I'll be with you shortly."). At each of our area's other dealerships, I have stood and waited without so much as preliminary recognition...a violation of customer service 101. The others also seem to actively dislike anyone who crosses their threshold without an appointment...vehicle failure is not always predictable. In addition, you have Daniela Ferreira...smart, responsive and always smiling. She listens with an interest in actually understanding the customer's vehicle problem and, appointment or not, she speeds vehicle repair and leaves the customer with the sense that they have an ally who will make sure their vehicle is repaired efficiently and effectively, That's been my experience and she receives my highest commendation!! My vehicles are always fixed the first time and, while no one likes the price of repairs, I'll be back for service to my passenger car, as well as the big RAM truck. Horrible experience ever. This has been a horrible experience overall. This truck has been giving problems since day one and nobody seems to take ounwership of the issues. After i signed all of the paperwork to buy the truck, the sales person Chris Ryan basically didn't care about me as a custumer after that. I had to stop at the dealer several times to follow up with the problems the truck had and he seemed that he was running away from me. Very unprofessional. I tried to explain the problems he said i will Be back and just dissapeard. Regarding the service department the service has been even more frustrating. I first took the truck to have the Ac fixed because the passenger side was blowing hot air. Well when i went to pick it up it was not fixed and i had to wait there for them To repair it. I then had to bring the truck back because the check engine light appeared and also other noises i noticed while the truck was parked. So they basically said that those noises were normal from what i desagree on it. There is no way that i have to drive a 2012 truck with noises all over the place like an old car. I took the truck because i was so frustrated and didn't want to deal with none of your staff anymore. Unfortunately another noise came up. This time was the breaks, i made the appointment and while talking to the consultant he said that new breaks always make noises and that probably just had dust on it. Like seriously? I have never heard this before. I was so upset that made the appointment yet didn't go. Today the original noise that i had point out is even louder and i honestly don't even know what to do. I am a customer that bought a 25,000 used truck and with all of the intersts from the finance i will end up paying over 30k. I do not the deserve to be treated this way. Horrible experince ever. Will never recomend this dealer to none of the people i know. I don't want them to go thru the xxxx I am going thru. More

We got the car we wanted with no nonsense. Our salesman, TQ, told us he would get whatever vehicle we wanted, and he did.
