The windows where not cleaned and their appeared to be a smoke film on the interior windows.Their was a dark beige wax pencil markings/writing on the tires that was NOT washed / rubbed off and tire shine was sloppily wiped on over this mess. Their was a rub /smudge markings on the right rear quarter panel that was not buffed out and on the hood as well. Overall extremely poor, unprofessional preparation for the vehicle to be turned over to the customer. For the amount of money being spent I found it extremely upsetting that the vehicle was in the condition it was in. More
