The staff at World was the most knowledgeable and when we looked at the numbers they were the best deal by more than $4800 over three years. Either World is giving away trucks or every other dealer is trying to win the lottery with a single sale. Good experience :) I had called ahead to get a rough trade value. Reggie was very helpful. He did give a high value which i figured wouldn't keep once we got there. The trade value dropped $1000 when we arrived but was still higher than 2 previous quotes. The vehicle we bought was a late model/low mileage used which was priced reasonably. I feel we got a VERY good deal and Brianna (sales) was extremely easy to deal with and very pleasant. I would recommend the dealership. More
Typical care buying run around - took longer than it should Went in to lease a 2016 Renegade based off a referral from a recent customer of theirs. Did my research, and took print out of quoted lease price dir Went in to lease a 2016 Renegade based off a referral from a recent customer of theirs. Did my research, and took print out of quoted lease price directly from the Jeep website. Went in with the specific car, TrueCar certificate, and Jeep price quote, and asked for the deal as outlined on their site. Online lease price was $215. After coming in from the test drive, salesman came back with a 'best we could do' price of $339 (yes, more that $120 over online quote). After he tried to explain why the difference, I said, ok, thank you, and was ready to leave. I did not need a car at a price more that $120 over what I expected. Of course he told me to wait, and the back and forth began, $280, $260, etc..still more than what was quoted. Finally ready to leave, he asked me what i wanted. I asked for $235..off he goes again....comes back and its a done deal. 2016 Renegade Trailhawk, $2000 on a trade in plus $3600 TrueCar savings cert, walked away with a $235/39 month lease. The real kicker is that when a person refers a customer to them, the they would receive a $200 referral reward. They told me that because my deal was 'too good' they could not give out the award. Very petty and unprofessional on their end. The other thing, which I understand can happen, but shouldn't...the Jeep came with the Uconnect service, which was outdated and needed to be updated. The car rolled off the lot outdated...that should not happen. Had to waste the next business day at the dealer while they updated the system (a few hours back and forth). The end result is that I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, but as I said, typical car buying 'experience'. More
