Great experience from a distance shopper I was in the market for a used vehicle when I came across a 2008 BMW 335xi that had just arrived on September 20, 2016. The pictures online were an e I was in the market for a used vehicle when I came across a 2008 BMW 335xi that had just arrived on September 20, 2016. The pictures online were an exact representation of the vehicle, both interior and exterior. I am located in Philadelphia, PA and the dealership is almost a 2 hours drive away for me. I immediately started looking for reviews and came across nothing but bad reviews on Yelp.com and that set off red flags for me. After continuing to scrutinize the pictures online and review the carfax report for it, I decided to call the dealership on Monday and request to put the car on hold so that I could see it. I was also concerned about this as other reviewers said they did the same thing and traveled far distances only to be told the vehicle was sold when they arrived or were shown something other than what they were looking for in the used car. I too had this same experience happen in past vehicle searches so I was extremely leery. I am going to be pissed if I drive to World Jeep Chrysler and this car is either sold or not what it is advertised to be. I pulled into the lot just after 4:15pm and it was a clear day. The vehicle was sitting off to the left of the dealership near the road for advertisement along with several other used cars. I walked over to the car and spent 20 minutes scrutinizing it in person and was extremely satisfied that the vehicle was in the appearance as advertised. I went into the dealership and was standing there for a few minutes as there was a lot of foot traffic. A salesmen by the name of Kenneth Cary walked up to me and asked if he could help me. We went for a test drive and the vehicle drove extremely smooth for a vehicle that came from New York. We went inside and I filled out an application for financing and Kenneth kept me informed the entire time while he worked with several other customers and deliveries. I told Kenneth what my budget was and he worked with the finance team and got me into the vehicle. After sitting down with him, he was extremely polite and personable. We ended up talking about baseball, ice hockey, and boating. Yeah yeah you will say that is what a salesman is supposed to do. This could be the case but Kenneth was very personable and I felt comfortable. I knew what I wanted and he helped out tremendously. A few hours later and I am driving back home in my new to me vehicle. I was extremely leery at first but once I got to the dealership, all of that went away. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from World Jeep Chrysler and especially from Kenneth Cary. Thank you very much. More

Stayed late to accommodate us and we really appreciate it. My husband saw this jeep on line. He emailed about it and within 5 minutes he had a connection. We decided to stop in to see this Jeep. One thing I told my husband was "NO GRAY". You see this jeep is for me. We were just going to look at this jeep that all. I can honestly say, we felt we were in good hands with World Jeep. We spoke with Bill than of course the manager Isaac. We know they were staying late but they never let on to us that they were in a hurry. We appreciate that. Customer Service is a really big thing to us when buying a car. So guess what!
