Terrible Customer Service Salesman did his job well. However, price was revised up after making the deal by the desk manager who agreed to it at first. Then, was told rebate was $400, not $500... had to go home and print it out to get it at the right level of $500. Car was not prepped well, there was dirt on the seats and headliner and there were no floor mats in the front which do come with the vehicle at $40,000+. Salesman did everything he could to correct the poor service. Had to come back and redo the title paperwork because it was not properly filed by the dealer. Still do not have the title on a cash deal done 2 months ago. When I spoke to the GM (Joe), he said we don't like bad reviews but it is not indicative of the reviews we get. Not a nice response to a customer service issue. Will not buy a vehicle here again. More

Great turn around I did a night drop. Received several follow up calls regarding the status. Service manager, Tom, was great, receptive and thorough. Car was washed too I did a night drop.
