New to World Jeep service, but so far, my experiences have been good. Took a few trips back to diagnose a problem with an engine light coming on, but they were as acc service, but so far, my experiences have been good. Took a few trips back to diagnose a problem with an engine light coming on, but they were as accomodating as they could be at the last minute for me, and very friendly. It's a week after my last service appt and it seems to have solved the problem. Hopefully, I won't have to return until my next oil change, but if I do, it's not a bad experience sitting in the waiting room waiting. (It's nice and cozy in there. :-) on a cold winter's day.)
