My original sales experience was a good one so I called Dennis to see a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and we made a deal. I had a great sales experience, then Bill Morgan went over the new vehicle with me, answering all of my questions and going out of his way to help me to understand some really great features. Ruben, the sales associate in charge of helping me was friendly, down to earth, and most importantly: realistic. At no point did I feel like he was pressuring me into doing anything that I wasn't comfortable with. In addition, Bill, their customer service guy, was an unexpected surprise, and made the overall experience that much more pleasant. He was relatable and very helpful. He even took the time to show me all of the features of my new car. I've never had anyone go out of their way to do that with me before. Brianna and Kristen were also a part of the experience, and were just as friendly and courteous. Overall, I am rating this dealership and it's current team very favorably.
