From the point of introduction, test drive, and purchase the process was seamless. As we were finalizing the purchase of my jeep, I asked if I could purchase a hard top in place of the installed soft top. The top that I requested, was one that had been already painted in lieu the matte finish. Unfortunately they were unable to fill my request that evening. I went back to the dealership a week later to pick up my jeep and find out that TJ was able to locate the top I wanted. Its rare that you find someone, that after my purchase, would go above and beyond whats required and provide such amazing customer service/experience. I will definitely recommend TJ to my friends if they're looking to purchase a new or used jeep and if you don't ask for him when you walk in the front door of World Jeep, you're making a mistake! Upgraded to Jeep Wrangler Sahara I originally purchased a Jeep Sport Unlimited in 2015 at this dealership so when that car was totaled in an accident just before Thanksgiving 2016, I I originally purchased a Jeep Sport Unlimited in 2015 at this dealership so when that car was totaled in an accident just before Thanksgiving 2016, I went back to World Jeep on 1/7/17 to see if they could assist me in replacing the vehicle. Everyone was attentive right from the start. When my wife and I arrived, Ken Cary, my assigned salesperson was busy with another customer. After a short wait, a sales manager, Brianna DiBella, came over and began to assist us. She was very knowledgeable and offered some great advice. Eventually she found the Jeep that I was interested in and worked up several leasing scenarios. I informed her that I had spoken to another dealer who had provided some alternative scenarios as well. I asked for some time to think about my options, which she agreed and understood. I contacted Brianna the following Monday to advise that I would be interested in leasing the vehicle if they could match the financing I was offered by the other dealer. Ultimately, they agreed to do so and Ken Cary picked up the ball from that point on and assisted us in finalizing the transaction. He kept me well informed of everything. His attentiveness and efficiency made the closing very quick and smooth. Kristen, the finance person, was equally efficient and Bill Morgan, who gave us a brief tutorial of the vehicle was the icing on the cake. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and made the accident we had during Thanksgiving a little less painful. More
