World Jeep tackled an unusual problem. The Jeep wouldn't start when the key was turned to start. The dash lit up like a Christmas tree but no start. Great dealership! My husband and I went to look at a specific vehicle that we had found online at World. When we got there, Frantz greeted us and sat us down. He had the Jeep we were looking for brought up, showed us some of the key features and we went for a test drive. When we came back, we told him we liked it and asked what we could do. He came back with a fair price for my car so we put a deposit down and I went back a few days later to finish everything. I was introduced to Bill who showed me all the features and even paired my phone for me. He then took me to James to finish the paper work which went very quickly and efficiently.
