"missed it by that much" I was referred to the dealership by Beth Conway. Everything was great until the carfax report for my trade in came back with an obvious error in rega I was referred to the dealership by Beth Conway. Everything was great until the carfax report for my trade in came back with an obvious error in regards to the mileage. I was told by the manager (Michael?) that it would have to become a salvaged title because of the report and I had to take a decrease in my trade in value. Never did he offer to help correct the error. I called the service station and contacted carfax myself and was able to get the error corrected. Time was of the essence so this was after I reluctantly accepted the lesser value on the trade in. Frantz was aces and the entire experience would have been awesome if not for that one issue. More

My inside cabin noise has yet to be fixed but it is World Jeep has always been great with service. They did my oil change and recall without an issue. My inside cabin noise has yet to be fixed but it is not from a lack of trying. I have had the noise issue looked at four times now by various jeep service centers and every time they say it is fixed but is not. They did find something else however that needed to be fixed so that was good. Of all the service centers however, I like World Jeep the best. More
