Great service experience I brought my car in for its first routine oil change (which is a free service) and had a great overall experience. First I'll start off by saying that I brought my car in for its first routine oil change (which is a free service) and had a great overall experience. First I'll start off by saying that I had an appointment a week prior and had to cancel the same day due to illness. I didn't get the name of the gentleman I spoke to but he was so kind and didn't make me feel bad about canceling at the last minute. He said my health was more important. That meant so much to me. The day of my appointment the service area was very busy and there was nowhere to park my car. One of the men outside told me just to find a spot on the side of the building. Well, I drove around and there wasn't one spot so I was going to pull around again and came across the two gentlemen who was the cars. They directed me to a spot in the back and showed me into the service area. There I was "greeted" by a woman who I don't know if I was speaking another language or what but this is the only issue I had with the service area. She repeated everything I said with an attitude like I was talking French. I don't know what that was all about but from there I was directed to a Mr. Papa. He said service would be done in about an hour including a car wash!! It took less than an hour an my car was spotless!! I was extremely happy & Mr. Papa was very nice giving me his business card in case of any problems. I'm not certain but I have a feeling he was the nice man I spoke to a week earlier : ) More
