Disappointed with inability to obtain parts needed. Purchased Jeep Oct 20 2016.Loud engine noise in for service Oct 29.Got Jeep back Nov 17 .About Dec 7 back in for same noise on other side of engine Purchased Jeep Oct 20 2016.Loud engine noise in for service Oct 29.Got Jeep back Nov 17 .About Dec 7 back in for same noise on other side of engine,this time it was in for roughly one month.I don't have a problem with the service dep't I have a problem with Jeep having parts available .Tom in service was very helpful but there was nothing he could do without parts.We have been leasing Jeeps for the last 20 years and never had this kind of a problem.I hope this letter gets to the right people because I would really like to hear from you as to why this happened. Great service experience I brought my car in for its first routine oil change (which is a free service) and had a great overall experience. First I'll start off by saying that I brought my car in for its first routine oil change (which is a free service) and had a great overall experience. First I'll start off by saying that I had an appointment a week prior and had to cancel the same day due to illness. I didn't get the name of the gentleman I spoke to but he was so kind and didn't make me feel bad about canceling at the last minute. He said my health was more important. That meant so much to me. The day of my appointment the service area was very busy and there was nowhere to park my car. One of the men outside told me just to find a spot on the side of the building. Well, I drove around and there wasn't one spot so I was going to pull around again and came across the two gentlemen who was the cars. They directed me to a spot in the back and showed me into the service area. There I was "greeted" by a woman who I don't know if I was speaking another language or what but this is the only issue I had with the service area. She repeated everything I said with an attitude like I was talking French. I don't know what that was all about but from there I was directed to a Mr. Papa. He said service would be done in about an hour including a car wash!! It took less than an hour an my car was spotless!! I was extremely happy & Mr. Papa was very nice giving me his business card in case of any problems. I'm not certain but I have a feeling he was the nice man I spoke to a week earlier : ) More
