The car was delivered to us in excellent condition and we had a fine review of the cars features/functions by Bill Morgan. Showed up at dealership and was introduced to Joe Tompkins. Joe proved to be a very straight up guy. No xx or pressure and easy to deal with. Met his manager who gave me the same impression. Went back and forth with a few different scenarios but could not come up with something i liked.As it was late we agreed we would talk again to the morning.. Came back to the dealership and was pleasantly surprised. Joe came up with a better deal than I expected. I'm not used to that from a car salesman. . I have purchased 8 jeeps from different dealers . I will buy another one in the future and will go back to World and ask for Joe Tompkins. More

Still Furious!! Our son was sent to have a recall done on his Jeep Wrangler. Instead of just doing the recall they also sold him a $300 service as well. Just because an 18 year old can "legally" sign for a service this expensive doesn't mean he should be allowed. Have some common sense people. You knew he wasn't the owner of the car and that he was only 18 because you asked him. You talked so fast he had no idea what he was signing. We will never come back. You took advantage of a kid and you should be ashamed of yourselves. More

3 hour oil change My free oil change took 3 hours with a 10:30 am appointment. It takes 15 minutes at an oil lube place.
