I cannot forget her name because she is very nice. She apologize and made an appointment for us the next day. Then we met with Paul. He's very straight forward, he don't really talked that much but he listens very carefully to everything we want. I got the car I really wanted, it's not brand new but I LOVE IT. More

THE OVERALL DEAL I went into the dealership to lease a New Jeep Patriot for my daughter, we were well informed as we went to 3 other dealerships prior seeking a great I went into the dealership to lease a New Jeep Patriot for my daughter, we were well informed as we went to 3 other dealerships prior seeking a great deal. We knew our numbers terms and what to look for on and in the lease. Brianna, was wonderful, professional and courteous. She knew her business, her cars, her use of sales tools and research to find exactly the car my daughter wanted, and was there to make a deal with us. Its all about the numbers, nothing personal. Im in Sales and Deal Management in my business and watched every move of the transaction as Im attracted to the details of a deal in general and how we get to where were mutually agreeable to make a deal, then delivering on it is the key, we had just left another dealership and walked out in the finance office as dishonesty doesn't work for me in a deal. We came to a great deal, deal done. Now the important stuff Next, we were waiting for the finance drill and we were introduced to Mr., Bill Morgan who was a pleasure to speak with and knew his business, and was a value add in a sales experience in my opinion. What a fantastic idea to add an intermediate person in a sales/delivery/service role to assist with our happiness in a deal and to add value as part of the sales team. Next, we needed to leave ASAP, Brianna and Bill pushed us through the finance stuff WHICH by the way is what you need to watch out for as, typically more money is to be made in the finance office than anywhere else in a car deal. So typically they add stuff into the deal. Always remove the Theft stuff, not worth it as you have insurance and watch your numbers, and never buy additional stuff they try to add in. Very positive experience in buying my RAM 1500 I'd been looking for a RAM 1500 Big Horn with RAMBOX for almost 2 months and was contacted by World Jeep after checking out Cars.com. I'd been commun I'd been looking for a RAM 1500 Big Horn with RAMBOX for almost 2 months and was contacted by World Jeep after checking out Cars.com. I'd been communicating with a few dealerships within a 300mile radius of NJ when World Jeep contacted me. They got my information and what I was looking for and within minutes TJ called me. He said that he wanted to help me find my truck and win my business. He was able to get answers to all my questions and found the truck. I stopped into World Jeep to meet TJ and have them look at my trade. We talked numbers and options that were available to me. I left the dealership that night with a couple of questions. However, as I was driving home Brianna called me. I walked through my questions and asked her to send me her clarification to me in email so that I could review it that way. Later that night I received that email which secured the deal for me as it answered my questions and helped me decide which option to take. Every aspect of this process with World Jeep has been world class and I love the RAM. More
