service (replacement of hood seal under hood front). Hood seal failed for the second time in 5 years. now causing the paint to rust at front edge of hood. I was told this happens a lot on Dodge Challengers. Really not happy that the hood is now starting to rust from the inside out on the front edge. Hope Dodge will correct this hood issue. Also starting to bubble the paint in other areas also. The dealership is a great help in dealing with the problem and working hard to take care of this. Could the seal be the issue on all the challengers looks like a new design needs to be done. My service manager is a big help. // More

Incredible with Customers I was having trouble getting my jeep to pass inspection. I had taken it to Motor Vehicle multiple times and the computers kept saying that everything I was having trouble getting my jeep to pass inspection. I had taken it to Motor Vehicle multiple times and the computers kept saying that everything was good, but one system wasn't ready. When I brought my Wrangler into the dealership, Carmen did all he could hearing the problems that I was having. He made sure that not only would the vehicle pass inspection, but had his own employees take it to Motor Vehicle to get it to pass. He was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever it took to make sure my vehicle was running and in good shape! I could not have asked for more! More

My time at World Jeep Was looking for a new lease and returning my old lease - Never said anything definite as to what I was really looking for except I wanted prices on th Was looking for a new lease and returning my old lease - Never said anything definite as to what I was really looking for except I wanted prices on the Dodge Charger - - - - Which I got plus I got prices on the Jeep Patriot - Which I thought was an ugly SUV - - - Then the sales guy wanted me to buy a white Charger - I told him no - I do not want white - but he wanted me to buy the white one - and I said no I do not want white - - - and I also told him I do not want the Patriot either - - - he went over to talk to the finance guy who came back to me ( and was very nice ) ( Mike D ) and asked me exactly what I want - - told him about the Charger and then the Patriot - - he told me that he would get a buyout price on my Jeep Compass ( which my husband really likes ) and would let me know what kind of a price I am looking out for the Jeep and the Charger - - - The sales guy said that he could get me a "granite" color Charger if I wanted it - - - Why did he not say this in the beginning !! - - He also should have asked about a buyout price on my lease and the new one as well.
