I loved my time at the dealership When I called to look for a certain jeep I told them I live a little far and I would need some time to get there, there was no problem with that. When I arrived I was greeted by Kenny and he made my visit an amazing experience. The truck I wanted was waiting for me to take a look at and he was ready for me to take a test drive. I was nervous about buying being it was my first time and I wish I could have everyone I loved around me to see how comfortable he made me. I left the dealership very satisfied and when I'm ready to buy again I'll definitely be returning. I have already recommended World Jeep to my friends and family. More

Joe W the General Manager and Brianna our sales girl were extremely professional and awesome to work with. Brianna was excellent and had prepared most of the paperwork ahead of time. I actually found the truck I wanted at another dealers lot and they did all the leg work and brought the truck over from the lot and had it fully ready to go when I got there. Brianna sent me all the credit app paperwork via email so when I got to the dealer we were all set. My purchase involved a trade so they gave excellent value for my trade and all we really had to do was fill out some paperwork. Kristin the Finance Manger was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They all made the whole process extremely enjoyable. I commented to my wife that this was the fastest and least hassle we have ever had a car dealership. On top of the great service we received I got a great truck a brand new beautiful Ram HD2500 which is awesome. I would definitely recommend Brianna as the girl to see about a car or truck and definitely recommend World Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram as the place to go to buy or lease a new car or truck. More

I was having an intermittent problem with it randomly refusing to start. Several trips to my own mechanic later, and no one could figure it out. I took it to World, though I hadn't purchased it there and had not been a customer in the past. They went over everything and figured out the problem - in less than 24 hours! Reasonable price compared to others I've heard from who had a similar issue, not to mention welcoming, friendly, professional and most of all informative- they even kept the part that had to be replaced for me! It was a hike from my house, but totally worth it - my whole family are Jeep owners, we will not be going anywhere else in the future. More
