We went back to the dealership and worked with Mike Superti. He went out of his way to assist us in gathering all of the necessary information that we had to submit to the insurance company. Kristen took care of all the paperwork necessary to assist closing out one car loan and finding my daughter a better percentage rate for a new loan. I think that it was Mike D'Aiello who spent an enormous amount of time teaching Sam how to operate all of the options her car possessed. At a most stressful time in our lives everyone at World Jeep extending a helping hand. We highly recommend this dealership, and are extremely grateful for the helping hand they extended. Negotiations were handled professionally and my trade-in was valued higher than other dealers. Financial arrangements were handled by James Dellow in good order. My only recommendation would be to more concisely explain the available warranty and/or protection packages. Even the legal profession has discovered "clear language" to be beneficial. The customer liaison person should have given more attention to the technological advancements and capabilities of the automobile, rather than stories of his personal exploits. The 300C is an impressive vehicle. The car was delivered when promised and detailed to perfection. I would certainly look to this dealership again when purchasing a Chrysler or Jeep. More

I was in the market for a used Durango RT when World Jeep- Chrysler- Dodge- Ram and Brianna DiBella one of the most sweetest car managers I have ever I was in the market for a used Durango RT when World Jeep- Chrysler- Dodge- Ram and Brianna DiBella one of the most sweetest car managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting contacted me when I inquired about this Durango RT they had on their lot. It started out that a made an appointment to meet with Brianna on a Thursday evening traffic made it impossible to keep my appointment. So I contacted Brianna DiBella to let her know I was unable to make it that evening. She suggested that she would have the Durango delivered to my house that same evening. I thought she was pulling my leg, she wasn't. Brianna Dibella had the Durango cleaned, fueled and delivered within two hours of our conversation ending. I told her that I was so impressed by this that if I purchased the vehicle I would be a customer for life. It is the type of V.I.P. service you would expect from a high end car dealer. Brianna told me enjoy her, the Durango for the two days plus i would have her in my possession and return it back Saturday and let her know if I liked the Durango RT. So I did just that and I meet with Brianna DiBella Saturday 9am that Saturday and I was pleased to find out her sweet personality and work ethic along with her calmness made me comfortable as if I knew her for sometime, like hanging with a good friend. So what I'm saying is it is a great place to purchase a vehicle from and Brianna DiBella was a major reason why! By the way I got my self a HEMI yes it's a HEMI! At the end of it all I was given a Customer Advocate, Bill Morgan. He was so knowledgeable, funny and helped me understand he, the dealership and Brianna are always there when I need them.He made me feel like I was family, Thanks Bill. More
