I took my Ram truck in for a failed manifold gasket. They did a good job repairing it for me. They are always friendly and helpful . The stars are 4 and not 5 because of the price charged. I've been to them twice and both times the cost was at the very high end of the cost spectrum. Near 600.00 in labor alone . It's not an easy gasket to replace but all over the internet the cost to repair is 300 to 500.00. I'm not unhappy with their work , it's just that they leave you feeling that they got every last dime out of you. More

Right away my windshield fluid wasn't working, so I called the service department and they got me in within five minutes (as I happened to be down the road at the time) and they fixed it up in no time! (It was just a hose that had come loose.) a week later I noticed that my automatic door wasn't closing every time I used it... sometimes it would pop back open. Once again they were able to get me in with VERY little notice and they had identified the problem, ordered a new part, and washed the car for me within the hour. They were able to fix it three days later when the part arrived. Now my car is still under warranty so I didn't have to pay a cent for any of these things. I have to say I was a little nervous that they would turn me away with my door problem and claim that they couldn't find anything wrong, but instead the service manager told me that he did a little research and found that other people were having this problem. In my opinion they went above and beyond and I'm very happy with the results! More

Being that I am terminally ill and in a wheelchair with breathing issues, it is highly important that my air inside the vehicle stays fresh (filtered). Once Bryan explained the process with me being a former mechanic.. I understood and was very easily able to justify the cost of service to my beloved Chrysler. More

Bought Ram diesel truck new from them. Sale went fine, got fair price. Had to return for recall. Truck not completed when promised, with no loaner available. Had another recall and while there had driveline issue. Ordered wrong part 3 times. Left truck for 2 days, again... no loaner available. Truck not finished when promised this trip also. Also they do not call you with an update on your vehicle, it is up to you to call them to see if it is repaired. If you are looking for a sales only store they are probably alright, but don't expect the service dept. to care. Maybe if you pay a repair bill they would give you the attention you expect when you spend $50 grand on a truck. Went to dealership in Millersburg for yet another recall and that trip went flawlessly with a smile and a thank you. More
