I took my Ram truck in for a failed manifold gasket. They did a good job repairing it for me. They are always friendly and helpful . The stars are 4 and not 5 because of the price charged. I've been to them twice and both times the cost was at the very high end of the cost spectrum. Near 600.00 in labor alone . It's not an easy gasket to replace but all over the internet the cost to repair is 300 to 500.00. I'm not unhappy with their work , it's just that they leave you feeling that they got every last dime out of you. More
Gordon Calvin, the man that was serving me and sold me my new truck, ran me and my wifes credit rating through wayyy too many banks without telling us. Like 6-10 banks, didn't even notify us he was doing it, we only found out after getting numerous letters from banks we weren't associated with telling us our credit score had dropped now that he had "ran our credit score" through them. Bought and serviced my car there and couldn't be happier! I bought my used pacifica there a month ago from Johnny and have had an excellent experience! Right away my windshield fluid wasn't working, so I call I bought my used pacifica there a month ago from Johnny and have had an excellent experience! Right away my windshield fluid wasn't working, so I called the service department and they got me in within five minutes (as I happened to be down the road at the time) and they fixed it up in no time! (It was just a hose that had come loose.) a week later I noticed that my automatic door wasn't closing every time I used it... sometimes it would pop back open. Once again they were able to get me in with VERY little notice and they had identified the problem, ordered a new part, and washed the car for me within the hour. They were able to fix it three days later when the part arrived. Now my car is still under warranty so I didn't have to pay a cent for any of these things. I have to say I was a little nervous that they would turn me away with my door problem and claim that they couldn't find anything wrong, but instead the service manager told me that he did a little research and found that other people were having this problem. In my opinion they went above and beyond and I'm very happy with the results! More

Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My wife came in to purchase a Jeep Renegade, but not just any Jeep Renegade, a green Jeep Renegade, did I mention it was "GREEEEEEN" I think they told me it was called Hyper Green. They did not have this particular car with the options my wife wanted on the lot, James Mason and the staff there at the dealership found one that had everything we wanted and we had it the next day! Seriously, they took the time to find us the vehicle we wanted, rather than push us into something close. We actually got what we wanted. James wasn't going to be there the next day, so he handed us over to a very personable and professional young man name Ty. Ty Dave, and Mike had this thing knocked out lightning fast. No pressure, no last minute changes. But hold on, there is more!!! :) They sent us down to the BP station where Ty met us and filled up the car with gas! All in all, with the great staff, and the low pricing you don't have to fight for a better price which means NO STRESS!!! I am a customer for life guys, you rock!! More
The straw that broke the camels back I went to look at a truck and it was enjoyable from start to finish. I pulled in and was expecting four or five people to bum rush me. I saw the truck I wanted and looked it over before Sean Nye came and spoke to me. I explained to him what I wanted, what I had for a trade in. I was honest with him in what was wrong with my current truck and that I was pre approved with my own bank. We went for a test drive in the new truck came back and went inside to talk. This is were I usually get frustrated. Within 3 minutes Sean came back with the price they would give me for my trade in. There was no beating around the bush. They gave me a fair price the first time. Didn't have to beg or twist anyones arms. During this time Chris (Finance) came by to speak to me. He said he understands that I was pre approved but wanted to know if he can try to get me a better APR. I was reluctant at first but he took his time to explain how applying for a loan has changed since the last time I purchased a vehicle. He was very polite and straight forward. I told him lets give it a shot. I am so glad that we did it. He was able to save me over $200 on my monthly payment with a better APR. It was a final deal. I couldn't have asked for anything better. They started up the paperwork and during this time I spoke to a few other salesmen. I noticed a trend that everyone that I came into contact was professional, polite and went out of there way to make a customer enjoy there visit. I am even talking about, all the way down to the young man that did the detailing of the new truck. I would have to estimate that from start to driving off the lot had to be about 2 1/2 hours. I couldn't tell you the exact time because I wasn't paying attention to the clock. I was enjoying myself the entire time. They treated me like I was a family member. Thats were the straw that broke the camels back came in. I usually take my business to a different dealership for all of my vehicle services. Due to all of there great traits and motivation, I will be doing all my services with Wooster Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Because of these great people I am a new owner a fantastic Dodge Rebel. When I did, Bryan explained to me step by step what was done (cabin air filter). Being that I am terminally ill and in a wheelchair with breathing issues, it is highly important that my air inside the vehicle stays fresh (filtered). Once Bryan explained the process with me being a former mechanic.. I understood and was very easily able to justify the cost of service to my beloved Chrysler. More
