When a Powertrain Malfunction notice appeared on my screen of my 2023 Explorer (with only 15,000 miles) I was not very happy. I was leaving on vacation in 2 days. I call my salesman Don and he contacted the services department and they were able to service my Explorer the same day. Heather in the service department was very helpful in getting a loaner car and commutating with me. Service Department was great. Thanks goodness it was an easy fix. More
