I took my vehicle in for a recall that was supposed to take less than half of a day. They needed 3 1/2 days at least. After 16 thousand miles, my new motor goes bad and Ford will not warranty it, stating that a new motor only gets a 12k or 12mo warranty. This is terrible customer service. Advisor Jared (Jerry) Shows was extremely professional and kept us informed about our F150 truck. We were traveling home from Texas when we encountered an issue with our truck. Even though we were out of and kept us informed about our F150 truck. We were traveling home from Texas when we encountered an issue with our truck. Even though we were out of town we were given excellent service and it made us feel as if we were home town residents. The mechanic who worked on the truck was very knowledgeable and provided accurate diagnosis of our issue. The Quick Lane employees were all friendly and helpful as we needed assistance to find hotel accommodations while our truck was being repaired. What an excellent and heartwarming experience. Thanks again. We will definitely return to this dealership and we definitely recommend the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the entire Quick Lane employees. We made it home safely and will always remember the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. More

Woolwine ford staff that i spoke with were both very pleasant and helpful- Hannah and Heather. They also came to my home and picked up my car which was very helpful, however when I bought the car i ask pleasant and helpful- Hannah and Heather. They also came to my home and picked up my car which was very helpful, however when I bought the car i ask if i would always get a loner when it was in the shop because this was a deal maker and one reason i bought the vehicle. Yet, i was not able to get a loner because of dealership no longer being a Lincoln dealer…. But i made do for 3 weeks!! They did pick up my car on monday but did not touch it until the next week on friday which was 9 days later. I had to call in Thursday to see what progress was being done. I did all of the calling/communication except for Hannah calling me back once. I called the next friday to check the status and was told it was ready. It just seemed like a very long time to keep the car for a minor issue. More
