I had an issue… after one phone call, I was told to head to Woolwine. The two employees I had direct contact with were Cole and Heather. They were courteous, efficient and timely with the repair. Although it took months to get the part, once they received it they affected the prepare with great haste and returned my vehicle back to me repair. When a Powertrain Malfunction notice appeared on my screen of my 2023 Explorer (with only 15,000 miles) I was not very happy. I was leaving on vacation in 2 days. I call my salesman Don and he contac screen of my 2023 Explorer (with only 15,000 miles) I was not very happy. I was leaving on vacation in 2 days. I call my salesman Don and he contacted the services department and they were able to service my Explorer the same day. Heather in the service department was very helpful in getting a loaner car and commutating with me. Service Department was great. Thanks goodness it was an easy fix. More
