I purchase a used truck from the dealership and two weeks later the motor went out in it. From the start the finance manager (don’t remember his name) was very rude and not pleasant to do business with. Neg later the motor went out in it. From the start the finance manager (don’t remember his name) was very rude and not pleasant to do business with. Negotiating the price I asked for an out the door number. Then I realized he did not include the tax, title, and license in the amount we were negotiating. Then he attempted to tell me that he could not add Louisiana taxes which I knew was not true. They were just trying to get more money. All the paperwork had to be redone. I started to walk away from the deal then, and should have. Prior to knowing there were any mechanical issues, I already knew I would not be back to this dealership in the future. The salesman’s seemed okay. However, he stated he knew the person this vehicle came from and it was in good condition. They only trade in for an upgrade. I believe they knew the truck had issues. He also stated that he has work with the finance guy for many years even at a previous dealership. So they know how each other do business…which puts him in the same category. I didn’t purchased an extended warranty, so they stated there is nothing they can do. I realize you never know what you are getting with a used vehicle but to get a truck with 100k miles and two weeks later the check engine light comes on only to find out it needs a whole new motor sucks and seems unlikely they didn’t know there was an issue prior to selling. It literally lasted two weeks. And they have no resolve, so I will seek legal counsel. More

The dealer Rater address for Woolwine should be Mississippi and not Missouri! Please have them correct that. The experience of working with this dealership was very pleasant. The gentlemen wer Mississippi and not Missouri! Please have them correct that. The experience of working with this dealership was very pleasant. The gentlemen were nice and accommodating to my boss in his purchase of the Ford 150 company truck. I am sure as our employees drive up and down Hwy. 49 they will look over and think kindly of Woolwine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Seminary, Ms. Thank you! More

I did not hear anything by Friday and talked to the service advisor Darren to check on the status. He told me they had not gotten to it and he would let me know something next week. The following week I did not hear anything so I called for an update and again there was no status. I purchased an extended warranty from a company that Woolwine recommended. One issue was not covered so I did not worry about it. The other issued regarding the check engine light diagnostic was that the problem was with the cylinder head and they needed to break down the engine. The extended warranty company requested my maintenance records an pictures before they would determine whether it was covered. I called again a couple of time that week to find out the status. I was told by Darren that had not gotten to breaking down the engine to take the pictures and send them in. I asked about a loaner and he said they had none available. This went on for over three weeks, me calling the extended warranty company and them telling me they had not received what they needed to make a determination on whether the repair was covered. Darren continued to tell me how many other customers he had ahead of my vehicle. He accused me of calling all the time as if that was the reason they had not gotten to my Pacifica. Once again I asked about a loan and was told, they had none. Darren told me I could always come and get my vehicle and take it somewhere else. By the second week of July the information was supposedly sent in, but they had not received it. This went on for too long. Finally the warranty folks had what they needed and then, they had to send an inspector out which would take another 48 to 72 hours to visually inspect the problem. When it was all said and done, the cylinder head was covered but not the other items required to fix the problem. Since the issue was not covered, I ended up paying over $4000.00 to repair my vehicle, and they ordered the parts. During the week of 22 July we went in to check the status of the repair. The service advisor we had dealt with was at lunch so they pulled up the record and saw that the car had been there since 19 June. At that point, I was given a loaner to drive until my vehicle was ready. By Friday it was ready. I purchased 4 vehicles from them, and even referred a family friend who lived in Alabama who came to Mississippi to purchase a vehicle from Woolwine. I had always been a loyal customer, but I had serious concerns about returning to them after this incident. I feel that I was not given the consideration that other customers were given. To be without any means of transportation for a little over 5 weeks is very disruptive and inconvenient. I had to depend on other people for a ride and take care of my personal business. I am quite disappointed with the level of service I received and the lack of communication and feedback that caused me to be a nuisance to the service department. More
