You took advantage of my elder husband being I was not present. Also you texted me, to let me know my jeep had arrived. Why didn't you call me or send a text about the extra cost? You charged me way over the hourly rate and me and Daren discussed this. He said, tech got done faster and I should be glad to get my jeep back faster?! This was my first time coming to new facility and will be my last. I didn't mind getting the recommend service done if needed, but the charges were outrageous.
