This is my preferred dealership for any work to be done on my vehicle, so when I bring it to them. I expect them to fix whatever is wrong, wether it came in the vehicle or if I had it installed. Vehicles and gas cost to much now for me to bring it in and the issue not get fixed. If a bolt or nut needs tightening, then tighten it. Just saying. The service folks when I arrived worked with me and got my vehicle seen about but did not ask me if I wanted them to fix an issue they thought was the problem. A dealership, I think would have asked me what I would have wanted for them to do, especially if they want me as a returning customer. Now long story short, I did as they said and I don’t believe it fixed the problem. So, I will try another solution to see if that works. Overall, I was glad they were able to get me in and look at my vehicle, I just wish while they had it up on the lift, fix what you think was the problem and make sure it was the only problem.
