This was hands down the easiest auto buying experience I've ever had. After initial phone contact from sales, I was never bothered again. I wasn't hounded or harassed. On my way from Florida to Texas, my truck broke down. Just happened outside of this dealership and they bent over backwards to do everything they could to do a great job and get me back on the road. Dare Just happened outside of this dealership and they bent over backwards to do everything they could to do a great job and get me back on the road. Daren takes his job personally and cares about people individually. And Sarah also does. I didn’t get a chance to thank the Mechanics/Technicians behind the scenes but they did an amazing job. Darren was the service rep that took my vehicle in for its annual oil change and tire rotation, I was also still having an issue with a noise coming from the suspension. Darren after checking me in, took its annual oil change and tire rotation, I was also still having an issue with a noise coming from the suspension. Darren after checking me in, took a ride with me in order to see if he could hear the noise. After making a short trip around the block, Darren thought it might be the torsion bars.
