I am severely disappointed in service after the sale with this dealership. We have bought six vehicles from them. The last was a Pacifica van. They said they would fix a bumper and gave me an IOU. I didn’t realize it had a time limit because I didn’t sign anything, nor did they bother to point that out. When I took my van to get fixed it took them eight days to decide they were not going to fix it. The real kicker is that the reason it was originally there was because they cracked the pan when they were changing my oil and had “fixed” it only for it to spew oil on me again. So it was there a second time because of their negligence. When I went to speak with the original salesman he was cocky and condescending. I asked to speak to the sales manager multiple times but he would not come out to speak with me. When I told the salesperson I would not be doing business there again, his response was: “That’s not my problem, it’s not my dealership.” Not once did they apologize to me about being stuck on the side of the highway twice 45 minutes from home and with a sick child both times. I was told that the fact that they picked up the van and fixed it was restitution enough and I should be happy that they did that. Needless to say, I’m done with them. More

I have always dreaded buying a car because it can be an all day job and sometimes you still end up leaving without a car, but for the first time I didn't regret it thanks to the staff at Woody Folsom in Vi all day job and sometimes you still end up leaving without a car, but for the first time I didn't regret it thanks to the staff at Woody Folsom in Vidalia Ga. They made the experience for me so easy and actually fun and they was able to get me in something that I love and I couldn't be happier. One person in particular really helped pushed it over the top with me making my decision to go with woody Folsom and his name is Sean, he was Amazing and he really was so helpful and patient. So I thank you very much and keep up the great work guys. More
By far the worst and most incompetent dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Theo first wrote everything up on one truck, ran my credit report and told me it sold.... Then he found another at another dealership, he said no problem he’ll get that one... Next day, nope that wasn’t available... Now I’m the third one, he said it will be at their dealership the next day.... Well when “it” got there it was a completely different truck... Theo didn’t even tell me he sent another truck, yes a 4th truck.... I decided I would take it, they delivered it and it had 1749 miles on it... The paperwork said 100 miles... When the truck arrived at their dealership it had 1500 miles on it... The other dealership 300 miles away... So they sold me a vehicle with 1749 miles on it without even telling me... So they corrected the contract.... Now here’s the worst part, THEY TOLD THE FINANCE COMPANY IT WAS IN MY POSSESSION ON FEB 27.... I DIDNT EVEN THE TRUCK NOR THE CONTRACT UNTIL MARCH 6th.... So I have a week worth of interest that I have to pay... Then they didn’t even pay off my truck in full... So I had to pay that.... Now they also turned this in to their finance dept as if it was done on the 27th so they sent me a bill for the down payment based on the 27th date.... THE TRUCK AND CONTRACT WASNT RECEIVED UNTIL MARCH 6TH....... Complete fraud... More
My wife and I recently bought a 2002 Ford Thunderbird from the dealership. I worked with Tyrone and the GM. We live in North Georgia but saw the car online. After they did a video walk through we decided to let them deliver the car with the understanding we were not obliged to purchase. The car had 38,500 miles approximately and was in good condition cosmetically considering its 18 years old. We did a test drive and found that the ABS and traction control lights would not turn off. We discussed the situation and decided to have a local dealer test it. The code indicated a wheel sensor and it would cost around 350 to fix. There were no other codes present. The GM discounted the cost of the repair and an extra 50 and we decided buy it. Later that evening we found that the illumination for the speedometer and tach were out, I figured maybe a bulb? Well it turns out on these cars there is no such thing and lighting is controlled by a module that also controls other functions such as power steering, windows etc. not a simple fix and the part is no longer made. I immediately communicated this to Tyrone and he said he’d get back to me Saturday. Well never heard back and texted that evening, was told it was a busy day and that we would hear Monday. On Sunday we took the hardtop off and during the process I was looking for the cover for the soft top, that’s missing too, but also found a device attached to the battery, turns out it’s a GPS tracking device that is attached to a service they included from a company called Kahu, I went back through my wife’s paperwork and sure enough it was tucked into it, we didn’t realize what it was, it was only after researching I found out. I disconnected it from the vehicle and added that discovery to Tyrone via text that I didn’t want anything to do with this service and to get back to me on the lighting issue. Well it’s Thursday and we never heard back, I didn’t expect huge things since we had signed the paperwork, but the lighting issue couldn’t be detected during the day so there was no way to know until it was dark. The tracking thing was just creepy, I don’t want some unknown company detailing her movements, the phones are enough as it is. A return call to us though would have been appropriate and certainly a good business decision. Not doing so made the process feel cheap and like they were hiding something, now we have reservations even though we tried to do our diligence before purchasing. Expecting good communication here after the fact ended up terribly disappointing and personally I’d never do business here again. More
