In and out with blunt pricing up front. Josh Cazeres was our salesman in our most recent vehicle purchase. I have not purchased a new vehicle in almost a decade. One of the reasons is the Josh Cazeres was our salesman in our most recent vehicle purchase. I have not purchased a new vehicle in almost a decade. One of the reasons is the truck I purchased almost a decade ago is still very reliable and I do not like dealing with car dealers - mainly due to the game, hassle and BS one receives up front when interested in a large purchase, not to mention the person(s) on the other side of the table who trying to make more than a few more bucks off of me. However, recently I was in the market and committed to looking for and purchasing a new vehicle, but still hesitant. I went to one dealership in southern Georgia where I work, and was impressed with the vehicle and the price they came down to, but not impressed with the "$579 doc fees" I was told "I had to pay", nor the factory stock warranty on the vehicle for the amount I was spending on it. I was then referred to Josh at Woody Folsom the next day at by my father-in-law who has dealt with him for years - therefore, the initial trust factor had been established without even meeting him. We drove a couple of hours north and when I met Josh, he was blunt and up front with me stating that "he wanted to work backwards and get me in what I wanted and with the right price", followed by "because I was military - I was going to receive employee rate pricing and not pay for "Doc Fee's" other than $75 for paper processing (or something like that). He then informed me that Woody Folsom Chevrolet and GMC also offered a lifetime warranty for their vehicles and provided me with the data to research it for myself. The dealership I visited in south Georgia a day prior informed me that I would get the employee pricing because I was military but was mandatory that I pay the "Doc fee's..." My reply to that salesman at that particular dealership in south Georgia was that I pay my bills and do not ask anyone to pay them for me, therefore I was not going to assist in paying the bills of a car dealership. Josh and Woody Folsom did not give me that run around whatsoever up front - therefore the secondary trust factor was then established. At that point, I decided to play ball with Josh and see what we could both work to accomplish and what I could drive off with per his assistance and efforts that would make us happy. I will say, the people at Woody Folsom moved fast once I decided on what I wanted and expedited the sale with quickness! - this is not a ding in any way, as my intent was to purchase what I wanted for the right deal - but just be ready to do business when it is time and for it to go quick. When I walked out, Josh even coordinated for my vehicle to get tint and an upgrade in the interior. I asked him, "is this all I have to do? are we good?" and he replied, "no sir you are good, we got everything and nothing needed from you, enjoy the truck - we will take care of everything for you on our end and deliver the truck to you when it is completed". The work Woody Folsom's pro shop did is amazing and the service I received from this organization was great (it would have been nice for Josh to throw in a tool box though... just saying - ha!). That being said, and to wrap this review up, the difference in making a large purchase and being happy and content are two totally different hemispheres. I am very much "happy" with my experience at Woody Folsom, and very much "happy" with the sales experience I had with Josh Cazares. I have already recommended several folks to visit them all out there at Woody Folsom. - DB More

We took more time test driving the car than it did signing the papers. Corey handles everything over the phone and had it all waiting on us to just sign and drive our new car home. We drove from Brunswick and it was well worth it, although Corey did offer to have the car delivered to us we wanted to come ans testt drive the car first. More

We went to a local dealership in Jesup that offered a great deal on a 2016 vehicle but didn't have any 2016 vehicles in store and would have to look at sister store in a different city nearby to get that same deal. That same day my husband called Woody Folsom in Hazelhurst and asked if they had in vehicles in stock and if they could MATCH that deal. The sales representative stated that anything that the dealership in Jesup could offer that they would match and we wouldn't have to search any further. Also, the sales representative stated that, "We sell over 120 more vehicles than the dealership in Jesup does." My husband further questioned and made sure before we drove an hour and a half to Hazlehurst that they would hold true to that deal and sell us the vehicle for that price. The sales rep reassured and encouraged us to come down today and "we can make this happen." Little did we know when we arrived that it was all too good to be true. The sales rep introduced us to the sales/billing manager and from that point he "crunched numbers." At first he stated that the best he could do was $300.00 over the initial price we were quoted. Then, after we stated we most defiantly couldn't do that he brought it down to $200.00 less than that and stated that was his final offer. I explained that we were told an initial price with the sales rep and the sales/billing manager admitted that the sales rep shouldn't have quoted us that price knowing that it probably couldn't happen. Then he went on to explain that "we were already on the way anyways (which we were most defiantly not) and so he assumed it wasn't asking us to come that much out of the way?!?" Although I have had several family members buy vehicles from Woody Folsom dealership and have heard countless commercials on the radio of the "best deals around," I will never do business with Woody Folsom. Woody Folsom talks a big game of how they sell more vehicles and how they are the best dealership, but my experience was far from the best dealership experience. Woody Folsom presents an image of dishonesty and low quality costumer service. More

It currently has an issue, where the Stabilitrak light, Service Engine light, and Trailer Brake Service light are illuminated. This has been an issue for nearly 4 months. I first took my vehicle to the Service Department at Woody Folsom in November 2014. The vehicle would also not start at this time. They tested the battery and stated that the battery did not have enough cranking amps. They kept the vehicle for one week and charged me $200. I asked if the battery was also the reason for the hazard indicators. I was told that it probably was. In December 2014, just before Christmas, the indicator issues remained. I took the vehicle back to the Service Department at Woody Folsom. They have had the vehicle since then. It has almost been three months. I have not been given adequate communication concerning the status of the repair. I have had to call and request status. My experience, with Aircraft Customers, has been that we never wait on them to call us. We are in constant communication, with customers, concerning any quality issues found on our in-service aircraft. There are only two ways to maintain brand equity and those are to eliminate quality issues during production or treat the customer, right, during the repair of quality escapes. Neither of these have been achieved during my current experience with Woody Folsom Chevrolet. The dealership has also been rude, not returned phone calls, and mocked my situation. I have been given 4 loaner vehicles. This consisted of two Impalas, 1 Equinox, and 1 Suburban. The two Impalas were given to me first. With one of the Impalas, we had to add air, to the right tire, every other day. When I called and talked with personnel there, one gentleman giggled at that situation. I have also been in contact with the Owner, Woody Folsom. He has been no help and has not returned my phone calls, when messages were left. I have been a GM customer, since owning my first vehicle. I usually purchase a new or used vehicle every 2-3 years. This situation has definitely created doubt in Woody Folsom's brand image. But, it has also created doubt in GM's brand image. More
