Very pleased with my recent Service visit. Had an issue with my 2010 Buick Lacrosse not starting intermittently. Although they are a very busy location, Scott was able to get me in without an appointment, with my 2010 Buick Lacrosse not starting intermittently. Although they are a very busy location, Scott was able to get me in without an appointment, provide me with transportation, and keep me updated with the progress of my work. Besides being very friendly, and professional he was very accomodating and thoroughly explained all of the work with my relatively new vehicle. I've been very pleased with Village over the years (have purchased several Pontiacs from their when they used to sell them) but this just re-affirms my decision in dealers.
