He took his time and called ONSTAR from our new car and helped us get started. He told me to come back the next day-- they will be installing a TTY device specifically for ONSTAR service and we can read and type back with the device. I can not tell you how much I appreciate Mark taking the time to do that for us! I am so looking forward to being able to have that and not feel at a loss just because we can not hear!!
