I have been shopping for a new vechile for the past year now. I have been to and called several different dealers and as much as i liked a vechile i never felt comfortable enough to buy it. He was very nice, pressure free, and i felt as he understanded our needs. We went in, he explained everything to us in full detail, and treated us with exceptional service. When you are make a bigger purchase you want to feel like you can trust the person you are working with and that is how Tom made us feel. If you are looking for a car i would highly recommend Tom. Village Buick GMC is an amazing dealership! The customer service I received was spectacular. I was greeted with a friendly greeting when I arrived. Other places I had gone I felt like it was a race to see w service I received was spectacular. I was greeted with a friendly greeting when I arrived. I let Leval know that I was interested in the GMC Terrain and that I didn’t need the highest package there was, he respected that and did not push anything more then what I told him I wanted. They were all very friendly and made sure we were comfortable, it was hot out when we were shopping and they made sure we had enough to drink. Their knowledge on the car was unbelievable! After the information we were given about the car, we knew all there was to know! The test drive was not your normal test drive. They have a course in the back of the building that gives you any road type you would ever encounter. It allowed me to see how the car would drive on a large hill, an extremely rough road, coble stone road, railroad tracks, wet road, and how well the breaks worked on a wet road! Much better than driving around Naperville! When it came to talking about the price on the car it was not stressful at all! I let them know what payment range I wanted to be within and they made it work! Once I decided I was going to buy the car they found the exact car and color I wanted. It was at a dealer just under an hour away and they made sure I was going to be going home with the car I wanted! My experience with Village Buick GMC was incredible! I never thought that car shopping would be so stress free! I would recommend Village Buick GMC to any one! More

Very pleased with my recent Service visit. Had an issue with my 2010 Buick Lacrosse not starting intermittently. Although they are a very busy location, Scott was able to get me in without an appointment, with my 2010 Buick Lacrosse not starting intermittently. Besides being very friendly, and professional he was very accomodating and thoroughly explained all of the work with my relatively new vehicle. I've been very pleased with Village over the years (have purchased several Pontiacs from their when they used to sell them) but this just re-affirms my decision in dealers. I reccomend them to any one asking, and Scott deserves a pat on the back for excellent service in an age when its not always easy to find! Bravo! More
