From the minute I walked into the showroom, I immediately received attention. The Sales Specialist who addressed me, Lavale Evans, listened carefully to my wants and expectations and very politely and witho received attention. At first, I was undecided between leasing a Lacross or a Regal Trubo. I was given the opportunity to test drive several vehicles, and was even given the option to return at later time and date with my wife. I felt very comfortable with choices I was given and the opportunity to think over the various options offered without any pressure. After discussing tehoptions with my wife via phone (wife was at wrok), I made the choice to go with the Regal Turbo. I was looking for a used vehicle for my daughter and I went to Village Buick for the first time and I was greeted by Tom and there no prsssure to purchased a vhicle from him.
