They were confident that we would return. They gave us a SUV to test drive overnight and really bent over backwards to make the experience easy and comfortable. They took care of the paperwork very quickly. My wife and I left our licenses at the dealership by accident and Tom Kastrati (the manager) went back to the dealership after hours to retrieve the licenses for us. They even took care of a tiny ding in the new vehicle - free of charge - after we had it for a couple of days. These guys are trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend them. The final price of the vehicle was directly in line with the internet invoice price. Overall, a very pleasant experience! More

While I knew that he wanted a sale, I also so appreciated the fact that he didn't push me. I loved the test driving facility, the service was brilliant and it made an experiencve I was dreading actually quite pleasant. I love that Mark delivered the car to my house and took the time to really connect with me. I would recommend him to other buyers and would buy from him again.
