My overall experience with Village Buick and Tom was outstanding! I am one who does not like dealing with dealerships and find what I need on the net and just buy it. In this case I would have overlooke outstanding! I am one who does not like dealing with dealerships and find what I need on the net and just buy it. In this case I would have overlooked several things if weren't for Tom. The whole atmosphere and Tom's genuine kindness, make you feel at home, a stress free and pressure free environment. Before we even arrived at the dealership, Tom had our vehicle of interest, 2008 Nissan Armada, getting the royal treatment in their body and detail shop, making sure everything was perfect. Tom is a straight forward guy who really cares for the customer, making your purchase smooth and effortless. Kudos to Tom and Village Buick!!! I will return definitely, maybe to buy a car, or just to stop by to say hi to Tom!!! Oh yeah thanks Tom for watching my one year old daughter while I sealed the deal!!!! More

I first learned about Tom Bertic through my car search on Craigslist. I decided to just go look at the Acura MDX and fell in love. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and sat with me while we programmed some of the features. The whole financing process was quick and even though I was given one rate by the time I sat down with Asim Khan he had worked his magic and got me a better rate and made it more comfortable for me with my monthly payments. In the past I hated being in a dealership because the process took so long. Everything was smooth and perfect and everyone makes you so welcome. This experience has changed the way I view the whole car buying experience. I can't wait to tell everyone one I bought my Acura MDX from Village Buick. More
Looking for an used Impala SS for a few months. Strange enough, many dealers were over priced and very uneducated about the car.
