We took one for a testdrive and he again asked me questions to fully understand what I was looking for. My main concern at this point was to explain things to my wife who was not with me. On friday I went in with my wife and Brian was off so we worked with Phil Parker(handoff was great between Brian and Phil) Phil once again expalind the diferent features and pricing to my wife and I. All the time during my visits Tom Kastadi the General Sales manager was insuring that our questions were being answered and took the time to talk t us to make sure. It is very apparent to us that customer service is of utmost importance. We were comfortable with the pricing as we thought it was very fair. The explainations of the features was great and they made us feel very comfortable and thatthe number one goal was to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
