I needed to lease a car a few years back. It was covid times and there was limited options. Mike R was able to be patient and kind, as I navigated leasing for the first time. My lease was a few months out from expiring and Mike reached out. I enjoyed being able to text him asking questions. We came in for an oil change and to look at future options for my car or another lease. He was able to set me up with a new car for close to the same price as my current. It is a huge upgrade and he really helped me out. I appreciate how Mike has really helped me through the process and not been pushy at all. More

Special ordering our new car through Woody Buick GMC of Gurnee back in November 2023 was the best decision for my family, and we would do it again in a heartbeat! We had the extreme pleasure of working with Nick Smoot who made the process smooth and easy from the very start. Even when there were obstacles, such as the new car arriving before the custom wheels, Nick made sure our car was specially taken care of and the dealership stood by that promise to ensure that our trust was not broken. Nick was very patient, resourceful, and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Unlike salesmen at other dealerships, Nick treats me the same way now 5 months later like he did on the first day when he knew there was a sale to be made.
