Very refreshing to meet and work with a salesman that actually knows his product line inside and out. Fortunately the great experience was just beginning as I negotiated price and models with James and did not have to play the old "let me ask my manager" game. The finance lady was exceptional, no pressure from anyone just information presented that allowed me to understand and select the best products for my needs. During the relatively short paperwork portion the vehicle was cleaned and prepared for delivery with the orientation/training portion from the resident expert being the lengthiest (as it should be with this technology) part of the whole experience.
