I've bought a lot of new cars and suffered through negotiations with a lot of car salesmen (and sales managers), and this was easily the most pleasant and least painful car buying experience I've had in 45 years of buying cars. Our salesman (Quenton Duncan) was very friendly and very well-informed, and at no time did I feel the kind of sales pressure you expect when you walk into a new car showroom. Woody Anderson might have sold me a Lemon. I bought a NEW 2018 Mustang GT and it broke down after 20 miles. They've been trying to fix it for TWO weeks since I bought it and they have NO IDEA w I bought a NEW 2018 Mustang GT and it broke down after 20 miles. They've been trying to fix it for TWO weeks since I bought it and they have NO IDEA what's wrong with it. The worst part is the customer service. It's sub-par. I don't think Woody Anderson or Ford Motor Company cares that I just bought a car from them. I'm finding out afterwards that friends and colleagues have had similar experiences with their lackadaisical service. I've always been a big Ford fan but now I'm starting to think I should have bought a Camaro SS. More
