The experience of trading vehicles was not stressful because of Jeff's calming demeanor and effect. Because i believed Jeff was honest and trustworthy, I have no second guesses/regrets about my purchase. I have been a Woody Anderson Customer for 26 years and this is the 6th vehicle i have purchased from this dealership which suggest my satisfaction and trust with the dealership and the personalities I have met.
