After making payments for almost a year this Dealership not the finance company Capital One, decides to come pick up the truck . After waiting this entire time for them to send my information to get my tags, which i never received and the finance company also never received the title. They totally disregarded the 10 day purchase agreement rule they they can not pick a vehicle up after 10 days and without some kind of written notice being sent, which is under Title 8 of the Consumer Law.I have never received any form of communication with them other than to pick up my vehicle to where i can not even get to work. I have called and emailed and left messages no replies have been given even after a week of trying to reach someone. They will not let me speak to any of the higher ups over Cindy Davis. They have basically stole my truck . i am now left with no transportation and no downpayment and no answers . I dont even know where my truck is or how to get it back because no one will communicate with me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE . THEY ARE CROOKS! Dan was super helpful and very patient with us. He was very thorough about helping us find the perfect vehicle. First let me say this was not my first experience with buying a new vehicle, but it most certainly was my most enjoyable experience. The sales representative, Todd Hamerlinck, showed great patience with buying a new vehicle, but it most certainly was my most enjoyable experience. The sales representative, Todd Hamerlinck, showed great patience with me and never got annoyed even though it took me 3-4 weeks to finally make a decision on which vehicle I was going to purchased. Todd was able to provide me the specifications for each vehicle I expressed an interest in and even did a side by side comparison which enabled me to make my final decision. Eric Hedges, I believe he was the general manager, allowed me to keep the Focus (that I later bought) overnight so I could decide if it was the right car for me. It worked; I fell in love with the car and had no doubts that it was the car I wanted. Eric greeted me each time I visited the dealership (remember it took me 3-4 weeks and multiple visits before I bought a car). This made me feel like this was a dealership that cared about their customers. Mike Bishop was the financial expert who assisted me with obtaining a loan and finalizing the paperwork. Never have I had a business transaction go so smoothly. Mike explained details of the loan as well as providing me information about the additional options available such as GAP insurance, extended warranties, and service plans. After reviewing all of the details I purchased the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty. More

I was excited that I found the Limited Edition F150 that I had been looking for all over. I called in from Nashville and spoke with Eric. we had about a 10 minute conversation about the truck that ended up I had been looking for all over. I drove to Fayetteville the next day (Saturday Morning) and met with Eric and John. They showed me the truck and we went for a test drive then came back to the dealership. By mid-day, I was approved and in my new truck headed back to Nashville. Thanks again John and Eric. You guys did great and I was happy with my decision. On top of that, there was the same truck at a dealership that was only about 20 minutes from my home that I had spoken with. Between the conversation that I had with Eric and the conversation that I had with the other dealer, I decided to make the 1 and half hour drive to Fayetteville instead. More
