I have found Rich Bilinski the service department. I have not met the actual person whom completes the warranty work on my Woodstock vehicle, but Rich has treated me in a professional, respectful, und I have not met the actual person whom completes the warranty work on my Woodstock vehicle, but Rich has treated me in a professional, respectful, understanding my space as a customer and followed all the guidelines without apology but rather explaining GM’s policy and how it applies to my situation. I understand Woodstock’s place within the process due to Rich’s explanation. I’m not happy with Chevrolet’s policy, but understand. I will continue to frequent Woodstock Chevrolet and that is due ONLY BECAUSE OF Rich Bilinski. More

Service personnel are first rate. The dealership's lack of assistance in a warranty claim was pathetic.
